Sony will no longer support Android 5.0 / iOS 11 for use with the My aibo app.
You can use the app with Android 5.0 / iOS 11, but the support will be finished after August 2023, and you will not be able to newly download the app.

Please update your OS to a later version if you wish to continue using the My aibo app.
